Federal Work-Study Program
This program provides eligible students with the opportunity to work on campus and earn funds to help pay for their educational costs and other expenses.
Eligibility
To be considered for the Federal Work Study program, you must first complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Eligibility is based on financial need and other factors. How does it work?
As a Federal Work Study participant, you can earn up to the amount indicated on your award notification, but are not guaranteed the hours to earn the full amount. Hours worked may depend upon the department's needs and your availability. You will be paid biweekly for the hours that you actually work, and the minimum enrollment requirement is one credit hour per semester.

How to apply?
If you have been awarded Federal Work Study and want to apply for a job, you can obtain and complete a work-study application from the Financial Aid Office in E101, or by using the Contact Us information below. If you do not have a Federal Work Study award, you may contact the Financial Aid Office to discuss if you may be eligible to receive an award by submitting a Request for Federal Work Study form. It's important to note that a job is not guaranteed, and you may not earn your entire award.
